LV Mar's mixologist Eusebio Pozos will feature seasonal and inspired mezcal cocktails like " El Jefe," " El Molero" (in-house barrel aged), " Pulque," "Zapoteco," "El Ultimo Mezcal" just to mention few.
A Mezcal flight will be composed of Peloton de la Muerte, Vago Elote, Tosba Pechuga, and El Jolgorio Madrecuixe.
Our Chef Manuel Martinez will present a bite menu: "Barbacoa de Borrego Tacos," "Tostada de Ceviche de Pescado," "Empanadas de Lechon," "Pozole de Mariscos."
On Wednesday we will have a "Mezcal Dinner" - A four course meal chef's menu paired with Tosba and Wahaka mezcales, presented and led by Elisandro Gonzalez from Tosba Mezcal
