Tequila 61° Mexican Gastropub in Anchorage will be featuring two special cocktails for Mezcal Week:
Humo Verde - Mezcal Alipus San Juan, Green Chartreuse, Apple Celery Shrub, Lemon juice, Honey syrup and Cardamom bitters.
Aztec Samurai - Mezcal Vago Espadin, Japanese Plum wine, Lime juice, Agave syrup. Smoked with Sake scented hickory wooden chips. Garnished with black sesame seeds rim and inside a dehydrated lime with grasshopper salt on top.
