An overview of different Mezcal-producing regions
What factors impact terroir in Mezcal and how to taste for them
The different production methods and traditions that surround Mezcal

Spirited Conversations: Transparency and Ethics in a Mezcal Boom Era

There has been a great deal of news and concern in the mezcal industry about the impact of demand on production processes and how this is changing the culture of mezcal. Please join us for a roundtable discussion as we explore how transparency and ethics in the category can help both industry and consumers better understand mezcal and its place in the spirits world in this time of category shifts.

This small, invite only gathering is an opportunity to speak candidly amongst a group of people with unique perspectives and roles within the mezcal world. Participating in community forums for open and honest discussion is how we can empower the many voices of the global mezcal industry.
